So I ran into an imported Celica for sale currently not running been sitting or a while I'm checking it out Tuesday how should I start this thing or check what it needs to start ? I'm buying it for track purposes

im not sure i didnt check it out yet im gonna see it tuesday im just trying to get some heads up on what to look for and check out to make sure what needs to be replaced and what can i save because if its gonna need a rebuild then i should know it will be the car price +2k-4k for rebuild depending on what it needs so im trying to slim my options and figure out what i need b4 hand.
