So I ran into an imported Celica for sale currently not running been sitting or a while I'm checking it out Tuesday how should I start this thing or check what it needs to start ? I'm buying it for track purposes

Whenever someone buys a car that's been sitting around and doesn't run anymore. I always tell them to have at least 3k saved up. Just in case you have to rebuild the engine.
