I received the TRD Rear Splits about a week ago and I tried installing them. I noticed that it's a bit too long? Like it doesn't sit flush? It makes me wander if the hatchback models had a longer rear end? I have a liftback model. Does anyone have any idea why it's like that? The parts are genuine btw.

That's nowhere as bad as Silly's gap though.
Hmm, aftermarket rear bumper cover perhaps? Are there any accidents reported on it? -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed

That's nowhere as bad as Silly's gap though. Hmm, aftermarket rear bumper cover perhaps? Are there any accidents reported on it? My gap was worse until I put them on and used force to mold them to shape... The gap remained until I put the screws in, which then brought it to a tiny gap... I was so worried about damaging them though when I did this... >.< -------------------- ![]() ------------------------------| White '94 Celica | Bought 11/05/12 | Sold 12/05/15 |------------------------------ |
