ok so i had to recently unplug my high beams.
when i turn on my headlight, any bump on the road or my bass speaker will trigger my high to turn on and off to the vibration or bumpy road.. ![]() and even with them being disconnected the high beam signal on the dash still flickers i have no idea where to start to try and solve this.. -------------------- 94' Celica GT Manual |

WOW! this is AWESOME,.. thank you soooooo much for sharing this.
I never touched anything there so I am guessing it might be a loose wire tapping another one or something.. Thanks again ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------- 94' Celica GT Manual |

Thanks again ![]() ![]() ![]() All of these are strong possibilities. More commonly in older cars like these, the stalk on the steering colomn is crap. Try wiggling that lightly, see if it duplicates the issues you're having... I've had to replace a few in the cars I've owned. A stereo would definitely compound something such as this. Mentioning that you've never fiddled with the wiring under there leads me to believe that its simply an old indicator stalk. In any case, I wish you the best of luck in chasing down your gremlins. -------------------- |
