What is the connector under the seat for? Is it the seat belt tension reducer?
I found out today as I was cleaning that the wire snapped from the connector, how do I splice it back? Thanks -------------------- God made man....

It's probably for the seat belt latch, tells the car the belt is in use or not. Anyhow the best way to fix it would be to solder it back in. If there isn't wire sticking out from the clip to easily solder to, you can try using solder paste in attempts of getting it back to together more easily. Worst case scenario you'll just have to use some other clips or directly wire it.
