So, I could tell my fuel pump was getting bad, so I replaced it. I fould a good deal on an AC Delco one and swapped it. It seems to work great on normal driving and even well on fast acceleration until I get over 80mph. Used to, I could get up to 120-125 before it seemed as though it wouldn't go any further. Now it acts like it doesn't want to go past 110. I'm thinking it is fuel pump related. What do you guys think? If I replace it, what is a good one I won't have issues out of that fits in the OEM bracket and all?

To clarify, I don't do it on public roads. It is a closed circuit track.
