 What kind of clamp is this?, hks t1 carbon muffler clamp |

Trying to figure out what kind of clamp this is. Every one with this muffler seems to have it, idk if its a normal thing an exhaust place would have?

jeffs muffler, is a real deal hks, thats why it comes with that clamp.
