On the Megan coilovers the spring rates are too harsh for the streets I'm thinking of upgrading to swift can anyone recommend a certain spring rate for front and rear?

sorry, just wanted to make sure it wasn't an adjustment or other mod issue.
swift springs are interchangeable with the megan ones, so like i said earlier, i would either call or email megan, find out what they're spring rates are (or just use the figures syaoran quoted above), then call or email swift and consult with them on what your needs are and i'm sure they will be more than willing to suggest something that would work for your needs.

that's part of the beauty of the megan coilovers, IMO, is that they are so adjustable, and the springs are interchangeable with popular spring manufacturers springs.
