it got slow over the time but everything is in good conditions any tips??

Locals Auto Zone or Advance should have a compression gauge. You screw them into the head just like you would a spark plug, and turn the motor over a few times. Then that gives the compression in psi, gives a good idea of the engine's health. If the compression is low could be a blown ring or bad valves.
