 Increasing Horsepower/Torque in 5sfe? |

Hi everybody,
I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to tuning engines to increase speed/horsepower. I have a 94 Celica GT with a 5sfe engine. I want to increase the power but I'm not looking for power that a turbo or supercharger would give. I just want to increase the horsepower by as much possible without turning to a turbo or supercharger. Basically. I just want the Celica to run a bit faster. So my question is: What do I need in order to increase the horsepower/torque of my 5sfe engine without looking into turbos or superchargers? eBay header will not increase power. Removing the cat will not increase power and just makes the car sound raspy as ****. Intake won't increase power enough to feel.
Cams will increase power, SAFC will increase power. Proper, Japanese extractor header will help increase power. eBay ones are too short/tubes are too large off the head to do anything but make noise and slightly improve top end. -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-S 5S-FE 190k Miles.
