 Increasing Horsepower/Torque in 5sfe? |

Hi everybody,
I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to tuning engines to increase speed/horsepower. I have a 94 Celica GT with a 5sfe engine. I want to increase the power but I'm not looking for power that a turbo or supercharger would give. I just want to increase the horsepower by as much possible without turning to a turbo or supercharger. Basically. I just want the Celica to run a bit faster. So my question is: What do I need in order to increase the horsepower/torque of my 5sfe engine without looking into turbos or superchargers? My BEAMS got pwned by a 5S with a 75 shot of nitrous once. True story. That guy also had an E153 and some supporting mods to make sure the nitrous wouldn't blow his engine, but it was cool to see a 5S doing what his could do.
