 How to pull this son of a bitch down? I removed two srews from inside behind the plastic. Help

Hey,
as I was wiring in my DRL to my cig lighter power source, I was taking a look behind my console for the wiring mess that the previous owner left me when he took out his 7" touchscreen stereo and replaced it with a Hyundai deck that didn't work. Now, I'm assuming that the stereo didn't work because the harness is all fubar, and the radio didn't work because I couldn't find the antenna cord that plugs in. is this black wire beside the ebrake the antenna plug-in cord? If so, I've got a lot to do before I get any stereo working in my car. : /  |
