So the last Celica I was looking at was actually a lot worse then the seller had made it out to be, so I took a pass on it. A couple of weeks later, I came across a different one. This one is a '98 black hatchback GT 5spd, with black leather seats (but the driver's side bolster is ripped/nicked). It has 201K miles, and the following mods:
VIS Carbon Fiber Hood, Cold-Air Intake, HID Headlights, 16" ASA Wheels, Low Profile Tires, F1 Racing Stage 2 Clutch/Pressure Plate/T.O. Bearing, Header, Custom Exhaust, Hooker Header, R-1 Cross Cut/Drilled Rotors, Ceramic Brake Pads, Alpine CD Player, Kicker Impulse Speakers, Tinted Side Windows, Clear Front Turn Signal/Maker lights He is asking 3500 for it. I would give him 2000-2500 for it, but am I lowballing or is that about right?

I just don't like it because it's not sporty enough. I mean the four spoke can also be found in my dads Camry. Lol.

So sue Toyota for reusing 50% of their parts in all of their vehicles.  I've made it a mission whenever I jump into another Toyota/Lexus to see what parts have been reused. The wheel is sporty in feel, and that's what really matters. Who cares what it looks like, personally I don't find it that appalling. Though the later 3-spoke does look nicer, I don't see the point in replacing unless you find a 3-spoke for cheap.
