Guys, what are some general reasons why my 96 celica GT would have a stuttery acceleration right after shifting? Mostly happens in after going from 1st to 2nd to 3rd. Had a brand new clutch kit (oem) installed a month ago. Let's assume it's not the clutch...

It is a royal pain in the ass, especially after being in the same spot for the last 15-20 years.
