This is quite possibly my favourite GT4 out there.
![]() I spoke to the owner and he said he made everything him self. Now I too make quite a few things and though Im not a fan of the lights and spoiler I do want to make the diffuser and canards. Canards are already available to buy from almost anywhere but the diffuser.... I can't think of a good way to tackle this because it's really difficult to lay fibreglass neatly upside down. The flat over the bumper is easy as you have the bumper to lay on but the blank gaps??? So here's the question for those DIY guru's out there: How would you make this diffuser? ![]() Now that's taken care of, I'd start by making a template with easily shape-able materials. Perhaps some thin aluminium sheet metal would be good, as it could be cut and rolled out to get the main shape of the diffuser. Then you can weld on the fins to complete it. Once that's done you can go back and use thicker materials for the actual thing. Can't really think of how to do fiberglass, except maybe use a really big piece of foam and just take forever shaping it out and then can use that for a mould. -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed
