Ok so today i turned on my car and its started to sound really loud inside. It gets really bad once i hit 1000 rpms. Basicly the whole car shakes inside. Can someone guide me to what this problem could be. I changed the motor mounts no to long ago.

check all motor mounts even see if it is secured or cracked, check your idle or performance, that can cause shaking, like ^ said, can be a bad spark plug, like you only have 3 cyl running.
