 Car shaking when in gear |

When I put my car in gear it shakes the whole car just had a used engine put in about 5k ago as new motor mounts but I don't believe it'd be from there cause it's only once in gear... Could it be the tranny reaching it's age now?

need more details. can you take a video, check for vacuum leaks
