 rpms DROP!?!!?!?!?!?!?, Almost stalling everytime |

I'm going crazy with my celica. She idles fine hot and cold. When I drive down the road or rev in neutral the rpms go up normal and come down almost and some times to the point of stalling. I have tried to drive with it but had an occurrence where I got stuck in the middle of an intersection
 from 3 k drops to about 300-200 rpms. i have tighten the throttle cable, changed tps, cleaned idle ac valve, changed egr vavle( pulled it off a automatic camry if that matters). what can i do next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
