Is there any easy way to put them in without having to take whole tailight out and rip out glue?

You mean blue bulbs to fit the rear taillights? You will have to take the lights off to change the bulbs (access is blocked by the metal panel at the back) but it's pretty easy - just 3 bolts on each unit.
There wasn't any glue or sealer on mine - they just came out. You might need to remove the trim that fits in the boot at the back of the car to get to the bolts though.
