I'm not one to know much about lighting, but I am starting to dislike the stock lenses on the headlights. all the lines and blurryness just make me more interested in clear lenses. I've seen some topics about small mensions on clear lenses but I haven't found any info on it.
Projectors are an option but they are a bit out of budget, So I'm wondering can someone guide me to whats the go to get or make clear lenses? or if even such thing exists Thanks -------------------- |

There have been people in the past who have produced, but I haven't seen any in a while.
You will have to get projectors too, if you decide to go with clear lenses. The OEM glass acts as a dispersion for the light, in a way guiding it. I know of two ways to do this. One is to make a matrix and in that matrix the material is poured and then after it cools down you have a lens. This method is very expensive. The other one is to make four molds of your existing headlights glass and bend the appropriate material to the desired shape, then replace. If you don't have the skills, tools and money to do it your best bet might be to buy OEM projector headlights. There were some for $300 and something with few broken tabs which in my opinion is fixable. Or some in very good shape for $550. There are several threads, you can search for "projectors" , "retrofit" "+clear +lenses" |
