I have no idea what it is and need some direction. I just noticed that this thing's wire was cut and doesn't go anywhere anymore. I don't know whether or not this is causing my car to sometimes stall when turning the wheel all the way to the left or right. I also occasionally drop from idle 1000rpm to 800rpm and it stays there. sometimes it will jump back to 1000rpm after a little driving but also goes back down.

It looks like the wire is spliced back together. Is your CEL on?
