That is called the Carlos Sainz Limited edition Celica GT4.
(Road version of the WRC Rally car....but the one in the pic is actually the genuine WRC car....Imagine that without the stickers and there you have it) We have them over here in Ireland because we import directly from Japan. The main differences are that it has wider arches and different hood vents (the same hood vents as the ST205.) They found that the narrower vent on the standard ST185 was too restrictive at high speed. So when you see the vent on a ST205...now you know where it came from. The Turbo is also uprated as are the brakes. Also on the dash console there should be Carlos Sainz's signature embossed. Hope that helps....  Heres another example...
