is there any harness bars that are made for out cars? or all have to be custom made?

Seat belts are factory bolted into a car...??? Even super cars have some that are bolted. I think its safe to say that a celica wont be doing over 200 MPH and break a seat belt before it kills the driver anyway.

The seatbelt is bolted, yes, it's bolted to the main structure of the car by a big bolt so it's a strong point that's extremely unlikely to fail in the result of a crash.

The rear strut bar (where a lot of people attach the seatbelts to) it's bolted down by the small bolts that hold the suspension top in place, these do fail easily.
