What kind of oil would you guys recommend

I use CASTROL Edge 10w-30 in the winter and 10w-40 summer, accompanied by a synthetic grade filter like Fram Ultra Synthetic, K&N, or Bosch Distance Plus. I still change it every 3k miles
I also have a customer that runs Royal Purple and changes it once a year. Says it's still good when he takes it out (only drives about 15k) and is purple, in his Toyotas. -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-S 5S-FE 190k Miles. Box 10W-30, just like the oil cap says.
