How many miles do you run your oil before the next oil change ??

I use the Castrol High Mileage Part-Synthetic 5w-30 oil ever since I've owned it. Also changed my oil every 2500-3000 miles. I just like to be extra safe and keep the oil away from building/sludging up in my engine.
