Hey guys, I am looking to swap a FWD 3S-GTE into ST Celica (7A-FE). I was wondering if anybody has ever done it here, and if anyone has any information. I've roughly estimated between 5-6K dollars for it. I'm told I need the GT (5S-FE) motor mounts in order for the engine to fit in my car. I would also need a MAF sensor and an ignitor chip (those are the only two things the engine I found doesn't come with) I'd like to have a Front Mount InterCooler so I know that would cost me about 500 or so dollars. I'm also told I'd need a custon driveshaft and custom axles made. Can anyone verify that and help me out with some information? Thanks alot.

Guys, thanks alot for all of your responses. All have been very helpful. How do I get a hold of XXXmina and sphinx race911?? I'm new to the forum and haven't had a whole lot of time to figure out detailed stuff yet.

Does anybody know of good reliable companies that sell 3S-GTE? I am looking at Jspecauto.com. They have an AWD and a FWD for sale. Is this a good credible website?

I thought the 3S-GTE needed a MAF? Whats a MAP? is AFM mean Air Flow Meter? Where would I find some of these?

To DignDoug: I don't know if I'd get the front clip. I don't even know where to look for one. The guy you know who can get the motor mounts and stuff, how hard would that be to get from him? Also how much?

If xxxmina paid $9000, did he have the AWD or FWD?

Thanks alot for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated!
