How often does this need changing ???
Have you guys done it if so how much did you pay for the change?

quick question for the beams, is it basically the same?

align the marks and the notch? i know parts are not

Well the 5sfe only has one cam pulley while the better motors have two. Still just line the hole in the pulley up with the notch on the head.
I think its a good idea to use some bright color nail polish and make your own timing marks BEFORE you take the old belt off.
And when you put it back together turn the motor over by hand Twice to be sure those marks and the mark on the crank pulley all line up.
