I know a lot of people are confused as where it's located but I found this video. It shows the location of the IACV and the diaphragm for the throttle plate.

that is not the IAC. I dont know exactly what that vacuum controlled diaphragm is used for but its not the IAC. the IAC is computer controlled and it is located under the throttle body
