I'm a previous owner of an ST205 WRC edition, I sold it due to work. They are almost impossible to get in my country.
I've been crossing some SS3's and I was wondering if they are worth anything? How well they develop with a gen3 3sgte swap?

Thanks!

If you want to do a 3S-GTE swap, you're better off to save your money and buy a cheaper model Celica with a 3S-FE, 5S-FE, or 3rd gen 3S-GE. The SS-III is a very fun car with similar Superstrut Suspension to the GT4. The BEAMS has a very smooth power curve, building more and more power the higher you rev. Unfortunately that means that you only have just enough power to get around down low, and it will be very underwhelming after owning a GT4. As I understand it from members that have owned both, the GT4 is more difficult and "tank-like" to get moving than it's FWD counterparts, which feel lighter on their feet.

Ultimately it all comes down to your driving style and preference. It won't hurt to take an SS-III out for a test drive to see if you like it or not.
