 Fans, One fan not coming on |

So with my celli i see i have 2 fans on my radiator and i was wondering does it only start off with 1 fan until the car gets really hot? Cause i drove for maybe 5ish minutes with my ac on full blast trying to get the car is hot as possible which it got to around halfway on the temp gauge and still not action with the second fan. Any input please?

Usually the second fan only turns on when you have the AC running and when the compressor kicks on. Is it overheating?
A way to test the fan is to take the plug out and run 12v to the fan it's self. If it turns on, it's good. If not, bad fan. -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-S 5S-FE 190k Miles.
