I remember hearing that someone was going to do a write up on turboing this engine! Is it going to happen?? How much?? When will it be posted?? Anyone?

ok, if SpeedToe done this, i will folow to you guys get the idea of the 7A turbo stuff... Its not cheap at all (i used to think that i will get everythin under the grand or so, but...), and most of thing im trying to get are used or atleast im searching for the cheapest prices, and i have some huge discaunt on some thing, but anyway, here we go...

Garett T3 from Lancia Delta - 100$
Garett T3 hotpart from 97Sccelica (thanks buddy ) - 50$
Turbo rebuild - 150$
Turbo manifold - 200$
Triple metal head gasket custom build - 50$
4AGZE pistons - 120$
custom build 4AGZE pistons rings - 50$
second piston ring didnt matched the piston, so piston regrind - 20$
crank balancing - 10$ (he he got the great deal)
Pistons, rods balancing - free, did this my self
custom oil lines/drain lines - 70$
oil feed/drain flanges - 20$ (did this my self)

resurfaced flywheel - 20$

And all the other smal thing that i will need or bought that i can remember clearly bout 100$

so in total: 2395$ AND STILL AINT FINISHED...

The whole set-up will run me about 3000$

And most of the stuff im doing my self... And ofcorse hundreds of hours colectind neede parts and gathering INFO from all the places...

So be prepared for everything, cuz you may brake stuff, you can do somthing wrong and ETC....
