Ok, a kit is available. I got stuck on the pin removal. Which side to strike - they both look the same thickness? And it does not come out, does not move at all! How to do it? Please share in detail this part of the procedure. The rest seems to quite simple.

If all else fails a machine shop will gladly press it out for you. I'd try using an icepick and a hammer. |
