So i have a 99 celica gt. The driver side seatbelt went kapoop and has 0 tension on it. I was told from a member that the 96-99 celica seatbelts are the same but have two different part numbers. The 6gc member work at a toy dealer and he assumes the two diff part # from that year are for st and gt celica. Or maybe cause of convertible?
