I think the whole point you guys are missing is the fact that he has 1 inch from the bottom of his tire to the rim lip, he's afraid the rim is gonna hit the pavement.
I would goto a GOOD tire shop ask em if they got an old 40 or 45 laying around have them fit it on the rim and see how it is (if it touches, scrapes, etc)... That is your best bet imho. |
