WTB : special size exhaust flange., hard to find even online Options

So I'm looking for this unique size of an exhaust flange. Going custom is way to much as far as waterjet and laser and/or plasma cut goes. It would cost a minimum of $95 for just one flange.

So here are the following specs for the flange I need :

Length: 140mm
Height: 90mm
Inner diameter 72mm to accommodate exhaust piping
Bolt spacing center to center : 110mm

So you might think go to an local exhaust shop. And I have about 5 of them. And 2.75" isn't what they carry. The only closest thing ive found is a 100mm bolt spacing center to center (which would require I dremel tool I understand) and on eBay they have one with 117mm bolt spacing (link below), but made of stainless steel grade.

Wow thanks a lot the v band or that flange from Bell engineering looks promising ill email them bout specs
