 Question about GT4 lip |

Hi everyone.
What is the name of this lip? (pictures borrowed from kloudkicka) I am looking to purchase it for my celica but can't seem to locate one. Found one on ebay but they don't ship to the US. Please point me in the right direction. Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is a EUROU aero kit for celica st205. I know that they sell it in rhdjapan.
