 Question about GT4 lip |

Hi everyone.
What is the name of this lip? (pictures borrowed from kloudkicka) I am looking to purchase it for my celica but can't seem to locate one. Found one on ebay but they don't ship to the US. Please point me in the right direction. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thats not a bad price, considering th elip alone is probably 300 bucks. And its a pretty awkward shaped thing to ship
