Negative Review for japukspares, Never Received my item/refund. Options

So this whole ordeal started out on March 22, 2014.


I was interested in buying a facelift bumper and a full set of headlights from japukspares. Transaction started out by purchasing him the set of headlights.


about a week later I received the headlights, Low/High. Opened the box High beams were fine. Both Low beams had broken tabs, which broke off during transit. Pm'd japukspares.


I was only interested in the driver side low beam. So he ended up refunding me for the passenger side low beam and he shipped me a new driver side low beam.
Another week passed. Received my low beam headlight....he sent the passenger side rather than the driver side I needed. Pm'd him again. I kept the passenger side low beam and he was going to sent the driver low beam. I was nice enough to sell the passenger side and sent him $32 to sent me the driver side low beam I needed.


Fast forward....July 5, 2014. Still haven't received the driver side low beam...

No response from Japukspares even though he has logged in.

My car is fixed. I had bought the facelift bumper from Japukspares which I did receive. I ended up buying the drive side low beam from JPATTT (Thank you)


I was in accident. My front end got messed up. Hood was bent in half. All headlight's tabs broke (passenger side low beam survived). My bumper got cracked and paint got messed up. Car was still drive-able. I just pushed the hood down to make it flat again. I couldn't go out at night due to the lights. There were times where I did risk going out at night. I got pulled over once but the officer was nice enough to let me go.

I am very sorry for the problems that have occured here.

Please be assured that I will sort out anybody who is waiting for a part that for some reason hasn't received it.

I think there are two people by the looks of things who are waiting on some bits according to this thread. ( I know that there is a member called TheEnd who has an order going out with me this week too who has waited a little while)

I have dropped you all a PM and hopefully we can resolve any issues as I would like to continue to help members on here. I don't come on here as much these days as I did when I first joined up.

But I will be online a lot over the next week to get any issues fully resolved.

97Cecilia - I have sent you a PM. I am very sorry about missing your PM's, but have replied today. I am sorry the front brakes were not good quality, but I hope we can sort something out with the rear ones.

955SFE - I have also sent you a PM. Again, appologies for sending the wrong side headlight, it was a slight missunderstanding with RHD and LHD side of things.
I had forgotten to send you the replacement light. I have sent you a PM and hopefully we can sort this out.
