As rusty said, if they're brand new they come pre installed with tape. simply wipe down the surface on the car before application with:
1) Soap
2) Metho/Turps
3) prepsol or other paint prep solvent.

This is simply to remove wax, tar, dirt or oils.


If it is not brand new, then you will have to treat the underside of the plastic by scraping all the old tape off, repeating the above process on both the car AND the visor and re applying tape.



Also my brand new ones came with some weird tube with what smells like glue in it, no idea what it is since it's all in Japanese but one of my friends that has limited Japanese knowledge says it has the word adhesive on it...
