 Automatic Door opener, Shaving door handles? |

I am going to do this mod that when you push a button, your door "pops" open. Seperate buttons for seperate doors, but on the same control unit. The unit will be about the size of a alarm key chain thing. But my main question is: Does anyone know about shaving our door handles?? I need to do this for it to complete the look I'm going for! Thanks!

I was planing on just keeping a spare unit in the trunk some where, like velcroed in the small compartment in the back
