5s-fe adjustable cam gears/ turbo header/cam shaft compatibility, 3sgte to 5sfe compatibility?? Options

Will 3sgte adjustable cam gears fit on my 95' 5sfe engine?
Also will a aftermarket 3sgte turbo header fit my 95' 5sfe?
I searched the forms and found nothing.
Also what camshaft is on the 5sfe engine? I keep hearing about a 294 camshaft?

Regrind and welding your cams will get you a bit more power.

Webcamshafts 294 grind is just a grind name, and doesnt represent any actual specs on the cam like duration.

For a 5s, you have to use 5s cams, which can be customized by people like Delta Cams.

You cant use 3s cam gears not because they dont fit, but because they also dont have the right tooth count for the timing belt.

However, 2jzge/gte adjustable cam gears have the dame tooth count. The only problem is that the center bore on them is smaller. You will need to take one of them to a machine shop and bore the center out by a mm or two.
