Take the glass off and sand it smooth from the inside. Its possible Absolutely correct. To the OP, if you do plan on doing this, it will probably take about an hour and a half... Per light... And you have 4. start with 220>320>400>600>800>1000>1200>1500>2000>2500>3000>ultra fine polishing compound (i heard you can also use toothpaste if you don't have compound)> UV protectant(not needed, but you may get a haze in your light over time and then you'll have to redo everything you just did, except later on so go buy some). let it cure/set then wipe it off with a microfiber towel. Shoot down with compressed air and seal the headlight back up. You can go from 800 to 1000/1200 and then 2000, but it feels better to use the 1500 because the 2000 will feel like you're doing nothing for 10 minutes.
