Today I (finally) cleaned the throttle body, but even w/the engine warmed up it's idling around 1700 RMPs. Should I clean the IAC valve? Where exactly is that, anyway? Also, is there a way to adjust the idle?

Hi mine is exactly the same with the high rpm on idle sitting around 1200,had tb cleaned vacuum leaks checked made no difference at all,but this problem only started when car was off road for 3 months, being started once a week were the idle was high, but when put back on road the idle stayed at 1200 rpm wich with a cat back powerflow exhaust is just a bit too much, have been told to replace tb what does anybody think
