Has anyone on this site found a good place to purchase insurance on a performance enhanced and significantly upgraded 6G Celica that will pay an agreed VALUE rather than KBB evaluation if a car is totaled in an accident?

It may be the disparity in value but both Hagerty and Grundy both insure mkIV's, so the age isn't the issue for now. However, both companies limit the annual mileage on the car so I'm still looking around (at a leisurely pace) for an agreed value policy that doesn't limit mileage.
