Can anyone let me know the specs of the resistors they used to clear their code 54?
Friend of mine got a brand new tweakd harness which didn't clear the cel. I used 1k ohms, 1/4 watt resistors (with the gold band) from radioshack but the code 54 was still there, even after resetting the ecu several times -------------------- |

Does the harness still have the plug for the sensor?
If so, just bridge it. No resistor. -------------------- |

Does the harness still have the plug for the sensor? If so, just bridge it. No resistor. Theres more than just the water level sensor, since there isnt a intercooler pump we have to wire in resistors to clear the code. Look up code 54, there are multiple reasons it can pop up -------------------- |
