 Convertible, Convertible top not working |

My 97 celica gt convertible top will not go up and down . Pulled motors out and they spend and feel strong I can hear the relay click It looks good on the insde of it Ang thoughts what I should try?

Check your fuse box, or it may be that your motors gave out. |
