 Random 3 wire connector BEAMS |

I have a connector i don't have plugged into anything, i'm thinking maybe that's why i can't get my speedo to work. it has 3 wires in it, they are red/blue middle wire is blue/black and the left wire is blue.
It is located near my MAF and under the throttle body. The engine i have is a 3sge redtop. Anyone know what my unidentified connector might be? Thanks -Chris |

It's towards the firewall side of the trans. It's not easy to see with the engine in the bay, unless you take the intake plenum off and even then it's not the easiest to find. You can feel around for it until you find it though. Still not easy but it's the easiest way to find it. There are two plugs on the trans, one is for reverse lights and the other is for the speedo. You should be able to find it in a couple of minutes by feeling around. It's somewhere in the area directly underneath the throttle body.
