I don't have a owners manual. Mine has 144,500 miles on the motor. What maintenance do I need to do?

-Already changed oil
-Spark plug gap?
-Thermostat temperature range?
-All belts intervals? Mileage wise.
-Fuel filter? Mileage wise.
-Catalytic? Should I even change it?
-O2 sensor? Should I change it?
-Tranny fluid? Mileage wise.

Can't afford the 3sgte swap till next summer so just wanna make my motor last.

re: the timing belt breaking and messing things up. I believe our engines are non-interference so really it won't do any damage.

I don't understand what you mean non interference?

interference means that if the timing goes off, the pistons will hit the valves

aka: bye bye engine

i know 3000gt's and 1st/2nd gen eclipses do it, pretty sure its not a problem with toyotas.
