I don't have a owners manual. Mine has 144,500 miles on the motor. What maintenance do I need to do?

-Already changed oil
-Spark plug gap?
-Thermostat temperature range?
-All belts intervals? Mileage wise.
-Fuel filter? Mileage wise.
-Catalytic? Should I even change it?
-O2 sensor? Should I change it?
-Tranny fluid? Mileage wise.

Can't afford the 3sgte swap till next summer so just wanna make my motor last.

Update. Changed the coolant and thermostat and now the thermostat housing that goes into the head is leaking bad. Anyone got any ideas on waht could be causing it? I'm gonna try the old thermostat back tommorrow in the daylight. I put in the new seal so don't know what else it could be. Oh well...

Check the seal again. I could have been pressed on wrong or something. As far as basic maintenece goes... the only things you really need to worry about, assuming your motor runs good, is the oil changes. Spark plugs and stuff should also be checked... but unless you're car is runnin really bad... they don't really *need* to be changed. Don't worry about the o2 or cat. Those should last most of the car's life. As for everything else, IMO, check them. If they look worn or if you feel unsafe... go ahead and replace them. Typically speaking... they should last quite a while.
