I found this shift knob on e-bay>

I just got the one off of LTB Motorsports. I got the real leather one.. it was kinda expensive for a boot but Its worth every penny! fit perfectly too. and the knob works fine on the TRD shortshifter.. I got it but I know it dont look like it in the photo I posted.. I ended up lowerin the Knob down some more.. but think I might raise it back up a little cuz it hits my ebrake handle in 1st and 2nd gear.. but other than that I love my MOMO stuff
